Withdrawal of marriage declaration by Sanjay Dutt and Manyata!!!

Recently that we know, Sanjay Dutt and Manyata married at Taj Exotica in Goa on February 7 under the Special Marriage Act, 1954, are withdrawing the declaration. Sanjay Dutt and his wife, Manyata, real name Dilnawaz Shaikh finally got along to using "unawareness of law" as an defense to get out of their Goa wedding document confusion. In a joint statement filed with South Goa's registration authorities, the couple required withdrawal of their marriage declaration on the opinion that they no longer preferred to make official their wedding under the Portuguese Civil Code, 1867.
In the statement made before an attorney in Mumbai and filed with South Goa's Sub Registrar Chandrakant Pissurlekar on Wednesday, the pair said that they had planned to get married as per the Special Marriage Act, 1954 and did not know that this Act was not extendable to the coastal state. They therefore uttered a wish to pull out their affirmation of marriage.

No Vote of Thanks by Sanjay Dutt!!

Prashant Cuncolienkar, the talati in the South Goa Collectorate has been suspended for issuing a "fraudulent" residency certificate to Manyata, which enabled her and Dutt to register their marriage in Goa. He says that the actor was not having that much 'decency' also to at least to say thanks for whatever he has done for him.
Not only this but, when contacted through Mumbai mirror, Sanjay Dutt says that he does not even know this guy and has nothing to do with him. That Talati has almost lost his job because of this favour.
