Story of God Tussi Great Ho goes in the way that there is one Arun Prajapati, who has been craving to be a successful TV anchor but in futile. He loves Alia, a TV anchor working in the same channel as him, but he has never been able to convey his thoughts for her. When another young man called Rockey is appointed as the anchor for the channel, Arun is distressed. He begins to think that Rocky will win over Alia. Situation goes out of hand for Arun and he is fired. Arun blames God for his despairs. He soon has an encounter with the Almighty Himself. An argument ensues. God then decides to give Arun his power for seven days as Arun says he can do a better job. And this power becomes the nuisance of his life.
