We all know Tanisha Mukherjee who featured in One Two Three movie. Things have become bitter between the couple Tanisha Mukerjee and Uday Chopra, who were unofficially engaged, because Tanisha desired to have a prenuptial conformity in place before she tied the knot with Uday. It is known that Uday was not happy whenever the 'prenup' topic came up. He felt that it was needless for him and Tanisha to get into any such agreements. Mohabbatein failed!!!
Plugged as one of the most practical solutions by couples nowadays, a prenup makes sure equivalent division of assets and personal liabilities in the incident of a divorce. Apparently, Uday, who is at the controls of one of Bollywood's major film empires, Yash Raj Films, feared that Tanisha would claim a right to his biggest asset - everything associated with Yash Raj Films - if the couple ever opts for a divorce. Uday was torn between his sweetheart and family pride. He also made repeated attempts to convince Tanisha to drop the idea of a prenuptial agreement, but she just refused to relent. Naturally, the respective families got involved in the matter and the two decided to part ways cordially.
Uday thought it was unromantic to sign such an agreement. Tanisha just wanted to be secure and a prenuptial is by far the best solution when couples decide to go their separate ways. At least, they wouldn't indulge in any ugly fight over money, as the matter of wealth is already pre-determined in the agreement.
